Das Junge Forum Slavistische Literaturwissenschaft (JFSL) ist eine seit 1996 bestehende Austauschplattform für junge Slavistinnen und Slavisten, die auf den Gebieten von Literaturwissenschaft, Kulturwissenschaft und Komparatistik forschen. Auch in diesem Jahr lädt das Forum euch ein, eure individuellen Promotions-oder Habilitationsprojekte vorzustellen, diese mit den Teilnehmer/ innen zu diskutieren und sich innerhalb der deutschsprachigen Slavistik mit anderen Doktorand/innen und PostDocs zu vernetzen.
Vom 24. bis 26. September 2020 findet das JFSL am Seminar für Slavistik / Lotman-Institut für Russische Kultur an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum statt. Das Forum gibt traditionell kein Tagungsthema vor; philologische, komparatistische sowie interdisziplinäre Beiträge der slavistischen Literatur-und Kulturwissenschaft sind herzlich willkommen. Die Herausgabe eines Konferenzbandes ist geplant.
Wir bitten alle Interessierten, sich bis zum 15. Mai 2020 mit einem Vortragstitel, ihrer institutionellen Anbindung und einem kurzen Abstract ihres Beitrags von ca. 500 Wörtern per Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. anzumelden.
Die Vortragszeit beträgt 15 Minuten, an die sich 15 Minuten Diskussion anschließen werden. Tagungssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch.
Reise- und Übernachtungskosten können leider nicht erstattet werden. Wir unterstützen euch jedoch bei Anreise- und Übernachtungsfragen und werden günstige Möglichkeiten für euch vorab zusammenstellen. Um die Kosten für Kaffeepausen und Publikationskosten des Tagungsbandes erheben wir einen Teilnahmebeitrag von 20 Euro. Die erforderlichen Daten sind in Anmeldebestätigung enthalten. Since 1996 the Young Forum of Slavic Literary Studies (Junges Forum Slavistische Literaturwissenschaft, JFSL) offers an excellent exchange platform for young researches from the fields of Slavic literary studies, cultural studies and comparative literature. This year, the Forum again invites you to present and discuss your individual doctoral or post-doctoral projects, and expand your network within the field of Slavic Studies.
The JFSL will take place at the Slavic Department / Lotman Institute for Russian Culture at Ruhr-Universität Bochum from September 24 to 26, 2020. Traditionally, the Forum does not specify a conference topic, thus welcoming different philological, comparative and interdisciplinary contributions.

Each 15-minute presentation will be followed by 15 minutes of discussion. Conference languages are German and English. We are also planning the publication of a conference volume.
Please be aware that we cannot reimburse your travel and accommodation costs. However, we will arrange affordable housing options for you in advance and will gladly answer any questions about your travel to Bochum. To cover the costs for coffee breaks and publication expanses we charge a participation fee of 20 Euro. The necessary information regarding the fee will be included in the registration confirmation.
